Location and menu
The farmhouse can accommodate up to 80 covers. Is opens from Thursday till Saturday from afternoon till late night, for a light snack or dinner. On Sundays is opens all day long including and lunch it’s also served.
We offer wine, olive oil, cherries (well known Marostica cherries) and other seasonal fruits.
We are particularly proud our production of cured meat, made from pork breed in the farm, following the Veneto family tradition.
Michela prepares all the traditional dishes herself:
- “pasta e fagioli” home made beans soup
- “bigoli e tagliatelle” freshly home made pasta with both vegetarian and meat based sauces
- “trippe alla parmigiana” tripe with Parmesan cheese
- “cotechino con il cren” typical boiled sausage with dip
- typical local cheese served either fresh or melted seasonal vegetables
Served with all dishes “polenta of Marano” homemade desserts organic wine
“Al Filo’” is located few Km from Bassano del Grappa and Marostica.
